Party Foods: Recipes for a Vegan Super Bowl Feast

Party Foods: Recipes for a Vegan Super Bowl Feast

I haven’t watched the Super Bowl in years but I spend a great deal of time talking, thinking and daydreaming about Super Bowl snacks. While I have never actually attended a Super Bowl Party (let’s be honest – I’ve never even been invited to one), I have always assumed that these parties are just an excuse to eat lots and lots of snacks. This year, I’m having my own game day party and everything will be gluten free and vegan. The guest list will be quite limited to make sure I can eat as many snacks as I want. When I say “limited guest list” I really mean that this party will be me, my wife, four dogs, and one cat sitting around eating a table full of party foods. Don’t worry, we won’t give the dogs any of the chocolate dessert nachos.

Should you wish to throw a similar Super Bowl party, I have compiled a list of party foods. All are gluten free, vegan and totally delicious.

Chocolate Sauce and Dessert Nachos from This Vivacious Life

What?!? Dessert Nachos?!? Crunchy chips are covered in cinnamon sugar. They are then drizzled with a smooth and rich chocolate sauce and topped with chopped strawberries. As a huge fan of both nachos and desserts I think dessert nachos should be a part of every Super Bowl event.
