Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve as a dipping sauce or with steamed or stir fried vegetables.
Notes
This is a mild sauce. For extra heat, increase the amount of curry paste or chili sauce. You can also add cayenne or red pepper to achieve desired spice level.Omitting chili sauce/curry paste and using almond butter (as opposed to peanut butter) makes this compatible with an anti-inflammatory or elimination diet.
