baking powder

non dairy milk

maple syrup

tsp
lemon extract
2
tsp
lemon juice

chia seeds
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
In a seperate bowl, combine the non-dairy milk, lemon extract, lemon juice and maple syrup.
Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Once the batter is combined, stir in the chia seeds.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle (you will know it is hot enough when a droplet of water bounces off the surface).
Spoon 1/4-1/2 cup of batter into the pan (1/4 cup for small pancakes, 1/2 for large).
Brown pancakes on both sides and serve hot.
